This year we worked with Patrick MOYA, an artist from Nice, to create this collection of 8 beans based on his world. PATRICK MOYA: INTO THE ENCHANTED WORLD OF THE NIÇOIS ARTIST Born in Nice in 1955, Patrick Moya is a major figure in contemporary art. Influenced by the École de Nice, he has developed an eclectic body of work combining paintings, sculptures, ceramics, installations, performances and digital creations. Inspired by modern media, he imagines the artist as a ‘creature’ integrated into his art, embodied by a poetic character, a cross between himself and Pinocchio. Moya favours bright colours and cheerful figures in a fantasy world of sheep, teddy bears and winged devils. Now the artist has teamed up with pastry chef Pascal LAC to create magnificent limited-edition broad beans inspired by his iconic works.
